PDF Patterns

All PDF pattern sales are non-refundable, and I’m unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on these items.

Damaged or Undelivered Items

In rare cases where your item arrives damaged or defective, or if it fails to reach you due to a shipping carrier error, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date to request a refund. If a return is necessary, shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

I am not liable for packages that end up at an incorrect address if the buyer provided the wrong information.

Once I receive and inspect a returned item, I’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take a little while for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
